We believe that the church is more than just a building.

Salvation

is through confession of Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.

Baptism of The Holy Spirit

is evidenced by speaking in tongues, and the subsequent manifestation of spiritual power in public testimony and service in love.

Eternal Life

in heaven is available to all born again by accepting the gift of salvation through Jesus Christ. However, those who have not received Jesus as their Lord and Savior will spend eternity separated from His presence in hell.

Water Baptism

is the public declaration of faith by immersion in water in the name of the Father, the Son and the Ghost.

Tithing

is God’s financial plan for the support of His work.

Creation

God spoke the world into existence and created man in His own image, consisting of spirit, soul and body.

Five-Fold Ministry

The church is to be taught and led by the apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers, who are called of God to teach and train His people to do the work of the ministry with maturity and unity in mind.

Jesus Christ

Conceived of the virgin Mary and the only begotten son of God the father. He was crucified to pay the debt of our sins, was buried, and rose from the dead 3 days later. He ascended into heaven and is coming back one day.

Marriage

A sacred covenant between one man and one woman, and the family unit stems from that union.

Pastor Donnie | Elevated Life Church | NJ

Pastor Donnie Rosa

Senior Pastor

Donnie Rosa has been on the pastoral team at Elevated Life Church since its inception in 1991. Although his roles have varied from youth pastor to Christian school vice principal to church treasurer, worship pastor and senior associate, his commitment to God and people has remained the same.

In 2004, he founded Joysongs Music to educate, equip, and empower local churches through worship. Through Joysongs, he has trained local and international worshippers through worship leader development groups, consulting, worship nights, and annual worship and media conferences. He and his wife, Linda, along with their four adult children, continue to love and serve the Lord.

Pastor Vernon Outlaw

Associate Pastor

Pastor Vernon and Cheryl have been part of the Elevated Life family for over 25 years and have been involved in a variety of ministries, both together and individually.

Pastor Vernon currently heads the Family Life Ministry and plays a vital role on the pastoral staff. His commitment to providing care, counseling, and mentoring has had a profound effect on many who call Elevated Life home.

Pastor Vernon has played a key role in developing Impact Groups over the years. Together with his wife, Cheryl, he has participated in various groups for couples, adults with special needs, and nursing home residents. While Pastor Vernon has also led men’s groups, Cheryl has a heart for hospitality and is currently active in the Guest Services Team, Multicultural Event Planning team, and the Women's Ministry.

Pastor Bruno | Elevated Life Church | NJ

Pastor Bruno D’Innocenzo

Associate Pastor

Pastor Bruno immigrated to the United States from Italy and has been a ministry leader at Elevated Life since its foundational years. His perseverance in establishing a life in the U.S. while learning a new language carried over into his consistent service to the kingdom of God at Elevated Life.

Pastor Bruno oversees our Spanish language ministry which holds services twice a month during our 10am Sunday service. He, along with his wife, Marianna, and their two adult children, have contributed in countless ways to the ministry over the many years they have called Elevated Life their home.

Pastor Jordan Gray

Next Gen Pastor

Pastor Jordan is a passionate and energetic leader devoted to creating environments where individuals can encounter the love and power of God while building genuine community. His heart for empowering the next generation is evident in his dedication to guiding young people toward discovering their God-given purpose. As a graduate of Faith Bible College International, Pastor Jordan brings a solid biblical foundation to his ministry, as well as a heart for service. Known for his charismatic spirit and sincerity, he strives to inspire, connect, and lead others into a deeper walk with Christ.

In an effort to lead the way for the children and teens of Elevated Life, Pastor Jordan endeavors to establish dynamic and inviting spaces where kids can thrive in their walk with God and build strong, lasting relationships. Through engaging teaching, impactful events, and intentional mentorship, he aims to equip the next generation with a lasting faith, empowering them to live boldly for Christ and step confidently into everything God has promised them. His goal is to ensure that young people not only experience the love of God, but also mature into confident, compassionate leaders who readily share that love with others.

Pastor Marc Siegel

Campus Pastor, Elevated Life Northwest

Pastor Marc has been serving the Lord since 1982, following his dramatic conversion to Christianity after being raised in a traditional Jewish family. Together with his wife, Elaine, he has faithfully served in various ministry roles through the years and is among the founding families of Elevated Life Church.

As Senior Pastor of the Northwest Campus, Pastor Marc is passionate about helping the church make both a local impact and a global difference. He serves as chaplain for the Frelinghuysen Volunteer Fire Department and the Northern New Jersey Division of the Forest Fire Service. He is also deeply committed to the study and teaching of God's Word and has served as both an instructor and director at a local Bible school.

Pastor Marc has a heart for missions and has ministered in countries including India, Ukraine, Kenya, Ghana, Brazil, and the Dominican Republic. He also serves as Director of Buildings and Grounds at Elevated Life Church and sits on the boards of Elevated Life Church, Elevated Life Community Center, and Renovation House.

Pastor Marc and Elaine have two daughters, Stephanie and Nikki, and are proud grandparents to Chavah and Ezri.
