"If you've ever wondered whether God loves you, you're not alone. Many people believe in God but still struggle to believe He truly loves them. The good news is that Jesus came to answer that question once and for all."
Throughout history, people have asked, "Who is God?" and "What is God really like?" Jesus gave the clearest answer imaginable:
"He that hath seen me hath seen the Father." — John 14:9
If we want to know the Father's heart, we simply look at Jesus. His life reveals what God is like, and nowhere is that more evident than in His love.
Here are four ways Jesus reveals the Father's love.
1. God's Love Pursues You—It Doesn't Wait for You
One of the most well-known verses in the Bible begins with four incredible words:
"For God so loved the world..."
God didn't wait for humanity to clean itself up.
He didn't wait for people to become worthy.
He took the first step.
The Father gave His Son because love sacrifices.
The Father sent His Son because love pursues.
The Father desired salvation—not condemnation—because love rescues.

2. God's Love Isn't Earned—It's Declared
Before Jesus performed a single miracle...

Even more remarkable, Jesus declared that the Father loves believers with the very same love He has for His Son. That's the heart of the gospel. Christianity isn't ultimately about religion—it's about being welcomed into the family of God through Jesus Christ.

Instead, He patiently invites us to open the door, promising that those who welcome Him will experience genuine fellowship with Him. God's greatest desire has never been religion—it has always been relationship.
